Because there is not yet enough excitement or tension in the 2008 presidential campaign, an animal shelter in Ohio has opened up the Kitty Caucus.
What is the Kitty Caucus, you may ask?
The animal shelter has put out two litter boxes in one of their cat rooms, one red and labeled McCain/Palin, and one blue labeled Obama/Biden. The cats place their votes via where they choose to take a dump.

The best part of all of this is either the video of the shelter workers doing voices for the cats asking questions about the caucus, or else the fact that this news item was linked to from THE FRONT PAGE OF WWW.CNN.COM
My only question remains unanswered: is shitting on the campaign a vote for or against?
